Scholarship Description: The School of Health wishes to appoint to 4 part-time PhD studentships. The studentships are tenable for up to 6 years for a PhD (via MPhil route), subject to satisfactory progress, with an expected commencement date of 1 October 2011. The studentships are open to UK/EU applicants only and will cover the cost of part-time tuition fees. We welcome applications to undertake research projects within any area of methodological and subject expertise within the School of Health. The School of Health has a broad range of expertise and was ranked in the top 10 Nursing and Midwifery Schools in the UK in the Research Assessment Exercise in 2008.
