Scholarship Description: Application on prescribed Form are invited from the eligible candidates for the following posts purely on contractural temporary basis under the Project “Advanced Centre for Yoga Therapy and Research (ACYTR)” at Government Medical College, Jammu in collaboration with MorarjiDesai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi. The qualification / terms & conditions / Application Format are available at websites . The duly filled in Application Form along with requisite certificates should reach the office of the Principal, Govt. Medical College, Jammu by or before 13th April, 2011. The above posts are of open category on purely temporary contract basis, for a specific period of time or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier, based on the performance of the candidate. 2. These posts are to be filled by a ‘temporary contractual agreement’ between the ACYTR and the candidate selected through an interview for a specific period of time, the appointments shall be automatically terminated on the expiry of the same or it shall cease to exist according to the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract, whatever the case may be. 3. These appointments shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regular appointment under normal process of selection/appointment. 4. The appointee shall have to work at the places and against the post to which they have been appointed and shall not be eligible for transfer from the place of posting.

Eligibility: For RA: MBBS Graduates with MD in relevant subjects / MBBS with diploma in relevant subject / MBBS with diploma in Yoga Science + One year experience in relevant field. OR BNYS graduate with regular M.A. (Yoga) / M.Sc. (Yoga) from a recognized University. OR M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Physiology) with Ph.D
For SRF : BNYS from a recognized university with minimum 3 years professional experience OR Full time regular M.A. (Yoga)/ M.Sc.(Yoga) with 3 years professional experience OR  Medical graduate with 1 year any regular Diploma in Yoga Therapy with 2 years professional experience
